RETURN POLICY:

www.twinsmac.com has the right to follow the manufacturer return or replacement policies stated below:

30 Days Return Policy.  If within the first 30 days of purchase, an item is being returned due to manufacturing defect, Twinsmac will issue a Return Merchant Agreement to have the product returned directly to the manufacturer, LTF.  Upon product being received by the manufacturer, the returned product will be tested by LTF and if a defect is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, customer will receive a replacement part or a refund of the purchase.  In the event that LTF testing indicates the part functioning as designed without any defect or if the part has been wired and damaged by the customer, a new replacement part or refund will Not be issued.  

30 Days Return Policy.  If within the first 30 days of purchase, an item is being returned due to customer's error ordering a wrong part number or if the part purchased is no longer needed; the item will need to be in original condition and have not been wired or tested.  Thereafter, customer will need to return the part directly to the manufacturer, LTF. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to manufacturer's facility. Upon part being received to the manufacturer LTF, it will be tested by LTF and if the part is functioning and it is in brand new condition, a refund of the purchase price only less 20% restocking fee will be issued to customer.  Original shipping cost will not be refundable.
